Invoices for the final balance are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments beyond 14 days may attract a delay charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
-
Raise Sky reserves the right to pause or withhold work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed schedule.
-
All approved payments are non-refundable once the design or development work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-

Delivery & Timeline
Raise Sky aims to deliver completed websites within 7 working days from the date of receiving the deposit payment and all required content (text, images, logo, etc.) from the Client.
-
The 7-day timeline is contingent on the Client providing all required materials promptly. Delays in content delivery from the Client will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
-
Raise Sky will communicate the project timeline clearly at the start of each project and will notify the Client of any delays as soon as reasonably possible.
-
Complex projects (large e-commerce stores, custom web applications, multi-page sites with 10+ pages) may require longer timelines, which will be confirmed in the project proposal.
-
The Client is responsible for reviewing deliverables promptly. Feedback or approval delays beyond 5 working days may affect the final delivery date.
Revisions & Change Requests
We want you to be completely satisfied with your project. Our standard packages include revisions as follows:
Standard Revision Policy Most packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Each revision round must be submitted as a consolidated list of changes, not piecemeal.
-
A "revision" is defined as a minor adjustment to the agreed design or content — such as colour changes, font adjustments, text edits, or layout tweaks.
-
Requests that constitute a significant change to the original brief (new sections, complete redesigns, feature additions) are considered new scope and will be quoted separately.
-
Revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at our current hourly rate (₹800–₹1,500/hour depending on the task type).
-
All revision requests must be submitted in writing via email . Verbal revision requests will not be processed until confirmed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client is granted full ownership of the following project deliverables:
-
The final published website (HTML/CSS files, CMS content, page structure)
-
The final approved logo and brand identity files (in formats provided)
-
Any custom graphics or visual assets created specifically for the project
The following are explicitly not transferred to the Client and remain the property of Raise Sky or their respective rights holders:
-
Underlying proprietary code, frameworks, templates, and development tools used during production
-
Stock images or third-party licensed assets — these are licensed for use, not transferred
-
Draft versions, concepts, and rejected design options that were not selected by the Client
Raise Sky reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the Client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.
